Terraformers LA is an innovative business development project that revolutionizes urban housing through sustainable construction partnerships. Our business model centers on contracting with urban landowners of empty lots, offering to build sustainable housing at no upfront cost with an agreement to share in future revenues from the rent or sale of completed earthbag homes. This project was inspired by my real earthship construction project , translating hands-on sustainable building experience into a scalable business solution for Los Angeles' housing crisis.
